Common questions

How does per-truck pricing work?

You pay the monthly rate multiplied by the number of trucks in your fleet. For example, 3 trucks on the Clean Books plan = $600/month. If your fleet size changes, just let us know and we'll adjust your billing.

Are there any contracts or lock-in periods?

No contracts, no lock-in. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel or change plans any time with 30 days notice.

What if I need to add or remove trucks mid-month?

Just email us. We'll pro-rate the change and adjust your next invoice accordingly. We keep it simple.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. Many clients start with Clean Books and add Get Paid once they see how much time it saves. Contact us any time to switch plans.

Do you work with US-based carriers?

Yes. We work with carriers on both sides of the border and are experienced with cross-border compliance, IFTA, and both Canadian and US tax requirements.

What accounting software do you use?

We work with QuickBooks Online, and can work with whatever you're currently using. If you're not using any software, we'll set you up properly from day one.
